#32: Three buckets

And a nasty smoothie

Meat shakes.

That’s how my mornings begin now.

I throw 2 oz raw beef liver, 8 oz bone broth, 6 tabs of bone marrow, 6 tabs desiccated sheep thymus, and 6 tabs desiccated beef thyroid into the blender and make meaty magic. Plug my nose and drink it down.

It’s not good. But it’s not as bad as it sounds. The smell is the worst part.
